Contract/Consulting 

As a Consultant, you’ll be placed with various employers on a temporary (or "flex") basis.  Each new assignment is dependent on matching your individual skills and experience to a selected client’s specific needs.

Contract-to-Hire

Contract-to-Hire (also known as Temp-to-Perm) allows you to work on multiple projects on a temporary basis and then accept permanent job offers when such opportunities arise.


In an ever-changing marketplace, our clients and consultants occasionally desire their current placement opportunity to evolve into a more permanent situation.  Kforce provides the ability for this transition to occur.

 

And for your added simplicity and convenience, if you are working as a consultant or contract employee, you are able to submit your timecard via our KPAY system.  This is our electronic timecard submission feature, which saves time and eliminates the chance of a misplaced or lost timecard.

 

Direct Hire

Kforce seeks to place you in open jobs or new positions within a client organization, and you become an employee of the selected company.  Candidates are never charged for this service.
