VP, Finance Job Description
Responsible for preparing and presenting monthly and annual financial statements to the Board of Directors or Senior Management. Duties include strategic planning, preparing budget forecasts, financial modeling, analyzing and reviewing contracts. Establishes and implements financial control policy and procedures to ensure validity of the company’s financial statements and reporting. This position will also oversee cash management, debt and purchasing.
