Contingent - These temporary engagements give you the ability to work on a range of challenging projects at various client organizations.  Some of the advantages of working for Kforce on a contingency basis include:

Consulting- As a senior level financial professional, we give you the ability to work on project-based assignments.  Using your public accounting and/or consulting experience, you and your team will be tasked with planning and completing projects, both in your local market as well as nationwide.

Direct Hire - This team works with you to secure direct hire job opportunities or newly created positions at our clients' organizations.  There is never a fee to our candidates for this service.

Title & Escrow, Mortgage, Banking & Credit Union, Administrative Support and Insurance Employment Options

Temporary - We provide skilled workers for a designated period of time to work on client projects.  Some of the advantages include:

• Flexibility – you choose which engagements to accept and when to work

• Opportunity – you can work on a number of projects before choosing a possible permanent position
• Compensation – your experience can earn you a higher income

Direct Placement - Our “Search” model places you into vacant job openings or newly created positions at our clients’ organizations.  There is never a fee to our candidates for this service.

Temp to Hire - This “hybrid” provides you with the opportunity to work on a temporary basis and, when warranted, accept a direct job offer from the client.  This flexibility is very appealing to many of our candidates.
