Kforce’s National Recruiting Center (NRC) is a “long-lines” recruiting environment located in sunny Tampa Bay, Florida. The role of the NRC is to partner with Kforce Recruiters and Account Managers across the United States to implement some of the finest recruitment best practices in the industry. Together, the NRC and the Kforce field offices are able to provide superior staffing support to meet the unique and immediate needs of our clients nationwide.
 

A Supportive Recruitment Program

The NRC provides a tremendous benefit to our clients, but its primary purpose is to act as a support service for our field recruiting teams across the nation. The NRC gives Kforce Recruiters and Account Managers the tools and resources necessary to do their job, including a constant pipeline of qualified candidates to fulfill open requests with speed, consistency and quality.

During any given month, more than 250 staffing professionals at the NRC identify and interview more than 50,000 active candidates within nationally contracted job boards.

The NRC team also provides recruitment support to the following divisions:

• Technology
• Finance and Accounting
• Government
• Clinical Research

Additionally, the NRC supports local sales efforts through our NRC Business Development program. NRC Business Development provides “long lines” sales support to field associates within the following specialties:

• Finance & Accounting
• Technology

The NRC Consultant Care Team

The Tampa based NRC Consultant Care Team is a Field NRC partnership recruiting program designed to enhance the consultant experience. The consultant team works to increase the bandwidth of the field so Recruiters and Account Managers can dedicate their resources toward revenue generating activities, ensuring long-term success for our recruiting team.
