In the Discovery Phase, we take a dedicated client centric approach and through utilization of our proprietary process, the Staffing Resource Assessment (SRA), we are able begin the critical alignment of our delivery engines, candidate discovery and ultimately the development of our virtual bench. 

As our clients move closer to specific staffing needs, Kforce will take our initial knowledge and put an intense spotlight on each specific need.  The Opportunity Assessment Phase is backed with our 45+ years of experience in identifying the specific technical or business skills that a consultant needs to fill a resource role for our client. 

When it’s time to have a position filled, Kforce moves to the Talent Deployment Phase, we have time-tested tools such as our Day at K process that helps ensure you have the right resources in place when needed, so you can focus on your business - confident we will deliver on your timeline.

Our commitment doesn’t end once the appropriate resources are in place. Relationship Management includes our proprietary program called Kareforce that assists with the successful delivery of your project.  Kareforce starts with an engagement kickoff and ends with our consultant’s redeployment (for those consultants on contract), and is supported throughout the assignment with tools and resources for both our clients and consultants.
