The Quality Professionals You Demand
To ensure we’re providing you with the highest quality consultants, Kforce uses a rigorous hiring process and requires consultants to undergo ongoing training. These measures help maintain our commitment to the highest standards. Each Kforce consultant must:
- Undergo an initial rigorous assessment process with our National Compliance Team
- Kforce requires updated credentials on all active consultants. Therefore, we offer our consultants continued education at NO COST.
- Pass a four hour assessment created by our panel of experts
- Adhere to industry standards and guidelines set forth by AHIMA, the American College of Surgeons, the Commission of Cancer, the American Trauma Society, the American Association for Medical Transcription or the North American Association of Central Cancer Registrars
National Compliance Team
In addition to the quality of our consultants, one of Kforce’s key differentiators is the quality and availability of our National Compliance Team, comprised of HIM professionals with over 40 years’ experience collectively. They are responsible for the continuing education of our professionals and are available to you and our consultants as a resource. They also manage our coding and cancer registry resources hotline. All of the tools we use in our candidate assessment process as well as our hospital job checklist were developed and are maintained by this team. They also provide valuable information through quarterly client newsletters and act as guest speakers at local and national events.
