Stewardship and Community

The Stewardship & Community Committee’s mission: To uphold Kforce’s core value of stewardship and community by creating an environment for our associates which allows them to support charities, organizations, and people in need by contributing time, talent, and treasure and making a difference in the lives of others.

The Kforce core value of stewardship and community embodies the idea of social responsibility. Employees are encouraged to individually support the charities of their choice whether in the form of time, talent or treasure. We have also made a visible corporate commitment to these values. The Firm, through our nationwide offices, demonstrates its commitment by sponsoring local events benefiting non-profit agencies.

The Stewardship and Community Committee consolidates and focuses individual efforts into a more effective and coordinated initiative. Through the Committee, we are able to attract other associates to become engaged and help them experience this core value by volunteering their time and talents in their local communities.

The charities currently supported through the Tampa corporate headquarters are listed below and are reviewed and voted upon by our employees every two years.
