David L. Dunkel

David L. Dunkel is the chairman and CEO of Kforce, the leading staffing services Firm formerly known as Romac International. Dunkel has been associated with Kforce for most of his professional career and has been at the helm for over 20 years.
Dunkel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and an MBA in finance, both from Babson College. Previously, Dunkel worked as an accountant for PricewaterhouseCoopers, formerly Coopers & Lybrand, Boston.

William L. Sanders
President
Kforce Professional Staffing
William L. Sanders is the President of Kforce, which employs 2,000 staffing specialists operating from more than 57 offices in 41 markets in North America and two in the Philippines.
Prior to joining the Firm in April 1999, he served as chief financial officer and treasurer of Old Kent Financial Corporation, a $14 billion commercial bank; chief financial officer and treasurer of Bank Plus Corporation, a $4 billion bank; and chief financial officer of H. F. Ahmanson, a $50 billion savings institution.
Sanders previously served as a partner with Deloitte & Touche and was a senior manager with KPMG Peat Marwick.
Sanders earned his bachelor's and master's degrees from Southern Illinois University.

Joseph J. Liberatore
Chief Financial Officer
Kforce Professional Staffing
Joseph Liberatore serves as Kforce's chief financial officer and is responsible for Kforce's finance, accounting, treasury, legal, tax and insurance functions.
Liberatore joined Kforce in 1988, and was named Florida Personnel Consultant Rookie of the Year in 1989. In June 1999, Liberatore served as president of Kforce Interactive. As president of the interactive division, Liberatore was tasked with leading the transformation of the Kforce business model by blending and leveraging the competitive advantages of traditional staffing methodologies and emerging Web-based technologies.
Liberatore has twice been the recipient of Kforce's Dick Maddock award. The award is given to the employee who best embodies the "spirit of Kforce" and exemplifies the company's core values of respect, trust and integrity.
Prior to joining Kforce, Liberatore worked as a sales manager for Harris/Lanier, a Tampa-based telecommunications firm. He is a 1985 graduate of Oswego State University in New York.

Mike Ettore
Chief Services Officer
Kforce Professional Staffing
Mike Ettore serves as chief services officer and is responsible for the Kforce Technology Services organization and the Kforce Service Center organization which includes billing, credit, collections, accounts payable, marketing and communications. Ettore is also responsible for the Program Management Office, which provides oversight and coordination of enterprise level programs, projects and initiatives. In addition, he has responsibility for the Kforce Talent organization.
Ettore joined Kforce in 1999 and has served as the Vice President – Leadership Development and Vice President – Operations. Prior to joining Kforce, Ettore served in the United States Marine Corps as an Infantry Officer, retiring in 1998 after 24 years of service.
Ettore holds a Bachelor's degree in Physical Education/Exercise Science from East Stroudsburg University and Master Degrees in Business Administration and Management from Webster University.

Steve McMahan
Chief Sales Officer

Steve McMahan serves as chief sales officer and is responsible for the development and implementation of strategic and tactical sales initiatives and leadership of the national accounts, national recruiting center and national champions. Prior to becoming chief sales officer McMahan served as Group President, Business Unit President and Regional Vice President. McMahan joined Kforce in the Source Services acquisition in 1998. At Source Services his last role was as Managing Director of the firm’s New England region.
McMahan held sales roles at IBM and ITEL prior to joining the Firm. He graduated with honors from Boston College.

Peter M. Alonso
President, Health & Life Sciences

Peter M. Alonso is president of Health & Life Sciences, which includes the Firm’s emerging niche business lines focused on Clinical Research and Health Information Management.
Alonso joined Kforce in 1985 as an information technology sales associate and achieved the #1 I.T. Sales Performer of the Year award in 1988, 1989, and 1990. His accomplishments led to additional responsibilities as an I.T. Regional Vice President in 1991. Alonso grew and developed his region to be the Top Performing I.T. region in the Firm.
His achievements resulted in his promotion to I.T. Division President in 1993. As a successful leader and innovator he was a recipient of numerous leadership awards to include the Chairman’s Award for exceptional performance, leadership and teamwork. In 1997, Alonso accepted his current position as Group President, Health & Life Sciences and in 2001, he joined the Firm’s Executive Committee.
After graduating from Denison University (Ohio), with a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics, he began his career with Zenith Electronics Corporation.

Michael R. Blackman
Sr. Vice President, Investor Relations

Michael R. Blackman joined Kforce in 1992. Blackman currently serves as Senior Vice President of Investor Relations at Kforce and is a member of the Firm's Executive Committee. Previously at Kforce, Blackman served as Director of Selection and as a Senior Consultant in the Health & Life Sciences division. While there, Blackman attained membership in the Firm's exclusive President's Club in recognition of superior performance and client service.
Before joining the Firm in January 1992, Blackman was a sole practitioner and also served with a regional, boutique, retained search firm. Blackman acquired his initial staffing industry experience with Barton Sans International, New York, where he worked with an internationally renowned clientele across a diverse industry spectrum.
Blackman is a graduate of Johnson College.

David Kelly
Vice President, Finance; Chief Financial Officer, KGH

David Kelly, vice president of finance, is responsible for corporate planning and finance operations. Kelly is also the chief financial officer for Kforce Government Holdings (KGH) a subsidiary of Kforce. KGH provides innovative technical solutions to federal government clients.
Kelly joined Kforce in 2000 as group finance officer for the technology solutions practice. Prior to that, he held positions at companies that included Selkirk Financial Technologies and Komatsu America Corporation, where he served as treasury director and vice president, controller of one of the operating companies.
A graduate of the University of Illinois with a Bachelor's degree in finance, he received an MBA in accounting and finance from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.

Randy Marmon
President, East

Randy Marmon is president for the east region of Kforce, where he is responsible for development and oversight of the Firm’s professional staffing services within the 10-state region.
Marmon joined what was then Romac International in 1992 as marketing consultant and was promoted to marketing director after being named Rookie of the Year in 1993 and Consultant of the Year in 1994. He was promoted to division vice president for the Firm’s largest temporary division, Atlanta, in 1995 and then to a series of corporate positions beginning in 1997. He served as vice president for major/national accounts, vice president for strategic business relationships and, most recently, vice president for business development.
A graduate of the University of Central Florida with a B.S.B.A. degree in accounting, Marmon began his career with Northrup & Howard CPAs.

Kye Mitchell
President, Mid Atlantic

Kye Mitchell is President of the Mid Atlantic Region for Kforce providing Technology and Finance and Accounting Staffing. She is also responsible for Kforce Federal Staffing which provides staffing solutions to Federal Integrators and businesses nationally.
Mitchell joined Kforce in 2005 through the acquisition of VistaRMS. She was President of VistaRMS which was a national IT consulting firm with a strong presence in the federal, financial and telecommunications industries. Mitchell was one of the founders of VistaRMS leading it to Inc Magazine’s #2 Fastest Growing Company. She has been in the industry since 1991 working for DMR Trecom prior to VistaRMS.
Mitchell is a graduate of Penn State University where she received her Bachelor of Arts.

Jeffrey Neal
President, West

Jeffrey Neal is president of the west region of Kforce, responsible for management of Finance & Accounting and Technology staffing services.
Neal came to Kforce through its merger with Hall Kinion. While serving as senior vice president for major accounts and the central region at Hall Kinion, he was a key contributor in growing revenues from $2.5 million to more than $190 million. He began his staffing industry career with Oxford and Associates in the Silicon Valley, joining Hall Kinion in 1994. Prior to that, he held management positions at a consumer sales and marketing firm.
A graduate of the University of California, Santa Barbara, Neal also completed the Executive Management program at Stanford University. He is a respected authority and speaker on improving service and sales through behavioral differentiation, and is actively involved with the National Association of Computer Consultant Businesses, serving on the executive board of directors as secretary and treasurer.

Howard W. Sutter
Vice Chairman and VP Mergers and Acquisitions
Kforce Professional Staffing
Howard W. Sutter is the vice chairman as well as vice president of mergers and acquisitions for Kforce. In his role as vice president of mergers and acquisitions, Sutter oversees the identification and coordination of Kforce's acquisition objectives.
Since joining Kforce in 1982, Sutter has had various roles within the company and serves on the board of directors.
Sutter's prior experience includes three years as vice president and controller of a regional airline and six years as an accountant with Coopers & Lybrand in Philadelphia.
Sutter graduated with a Bachelor of Science in accounting and is a certified public accountant.

Andrew Thomas
Sr. Vice President, National Champions
Kforce Professional Staffing
Andrew Thomas serves as senior vice president responsible for the National Champions team and Field training. He has served in this role since January 2002.
Thomas joined Kforce in Boston in 1997. Prior to his current role he was a regional director and later worked in the role of vice president of F&A Flexible Staffing in the Northeast.
Prior to joining Kforce, Thomas spent more than eight years with Accountpros Inc. where he served as an account manager, account representative, branch manager and regional manager.
